Hi, I’m Teresa Delgado, founder of FLUID Professional Organizing.
Why me?
I’ve always been passionate about creating order out of chaos. In 2016, I became acutely aware of the disparity in access to essential services in my city. Determined to make a difference, I sought a way to close this gap by providing support to those in need. That’s why I started FLUID—to bring joy, peace, and purpose to people’s lives while making a positive environmental and social impact.
Before the pandemic, I collaborated with a business partner to establish a physical store, offering services and selling second-hand products collected from our clientele. We also showcased handcrafted upcycled items made by local artists, with unsold merchandise donated to nonprofits aiding disadvantaged populations.
Why now?
The timing couldn’t be better. With the rise of zero-waste movements and a growing awareness of sustainability, people are looking for solutions that align with their values. At FLUID, we don’t just organize—we repurpose. We collect unwanted textiles and household goods, clean them with Tru Earth’s eco-friendly detergent, and donate them to marginalized communities. What can’t be salvaged is transformed into eco-friendly dog beds.
As the demand for assistance continues to grow, I’ve shifted my focus toward furthering these efforts. What began with modest contributions to a few nonprofits has now evolved into an annual donation of 1.5 tons, all while actively working to prevent waste from ending up in landfills.

Because it’s more than just organizing—it’s about creating a greener future and supporting those in need. I’m obsessed with my customers’ success. Every client’s journey is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet their needs, whether it’s a cluttered home, a chaotic office, or a desire to live more sustainably. I’m also committed to staying agile and innovative. We’re leveraging AI to streamline our processes and improve client experiences, and we’re proud to employ local talent from our community, ensuring our growth benefits everyone around us.
